Visiting Port Barton's Best Beaches

The day started exactly how you’d hope for after nearly 48 hours of brutal travel from Singapore: slow, relaxed, and surrounded by pure comfort. Private pool, peaceful vibes, and absolutely no rush.

A Slow Reset After Long Travel

Yesterday was intentionally low‑key. No filming, no pressure—just recovery. After the beach, some casual food by the shore, and a solid nap, we finally began to feel human again. Jet lag is real out here: waking up at 2:00 a.m., pushing through the day, then crashing around 4:00 p.m. It’s been the pattern every single day.

Dinner was at a spot called Fat Cat. Honest review? It was alright. Nothing mind‑blowing, but the pizza definitely stood out as the highlight.

Morning at the Villa

Today started strong. Breakfast was delivered straight to the villa after ordering through reception—simple, smooth, and honestly a great touch. With temperatures pushing 30+ degrees, sun protection was mandatory. Hat on, camera ready, energy finally back.

Heading to Coconut Beach

We jumped into a tuk‑tuk and headed out to Coconut Beach, one of the most talked‑about spots in the area. The ride was a mix of bumpy roads and smoother stretches, but nothing too wild.

The beach lives up to its name—rows and rows of coconut trees stretching along the sand. Dogs wandering around, people relaxing under the shade, and that calm, untouched feel that makes you slow down without even trying.

The Walk to White Beach

From Coconut Beach, we decided to walk to White Beach. It wasn’t exactly a straight shot, but navigating through the coastal paths made it part of the experience. Along the way, the views opened up—distant islands on the horizon and lush greenery everywhere.

Eventually, we made it.

White Beach: Worth the Hype

Entry to White Beach costs 50 pesos per person, and once you see the shoreline, it makes sense. The sand is cleaner, the water clearer, and the rocky edges are far less noticeable. It’s easily one of the best beaches in the area.

The plan here was simple: relax, grab some drinks, and switch off for a few hours.

Lunch with a View

White Beach gets busy—very busy. One restaurant in particular was packed, with queues wrapping around tables. Despite the crowd, service moved quickly and the wait wasn’t too bad.

The view? Worth every minute.

Food recommendation of the day: the curry with coconut rice. Absolute winner.

Heading Back (In Style)

After lunch, it was time to head back to the villa. Tuk‑tuks lined the road, ready to scoop people up—and ours arrived in style. Fast, shiny, and ready to roll.

As the sun dropped and the music kicked in, the ride back felt like the perfect ending to a day spent exploring beaches, soaking in nature, and fully settling into island life.

Day two complete—and honestly, it’s only getting better from here.
